  1. Kaleidoscope registrations are handled by Kagi, a payment processing service.

  3. There are two ways to register. To register online with a credit card, go to the
  4. Kagi Online Order Processing web site: <http://order.kagi.com/?GL&S>.

  6. Alternatively, you can pay by cash, check, or credit card, using the enclosed
  7. Register application to create a form which you can mail or e-mail to Kagi.
  8. For detailed step-by-step instructions, see the How to Register document.

  10. Once Kagi processes your payment, which takes up to a week, they e-mail you
  11. the registration code in a message with subject Thanks for your payment.
